If you are looking for a mission project that only takes a few hours a month and includes fellowship with a fun group of people (they’ll keep you in stitches), consider dropping by and tying a few knots on any of the following dates: April 17, May 8, June 19 (leader needed), July 17, and in the months to come, generally on the third Thursday.

Commitment Sunday, April 13th: As we each one prayerfully consider committing to our church budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, you are encouraged to return the pink pledge cards on April 13th. Extras are available from the ushers if you have misplaced yours. Your contributions enable our church to serve as a beacon of love and light within our community and beyond, ensuring that our church remains vibrant and continues to embody God’s love in our community. Thank you for your generosity.

The Disciple’s Table: Meeting Time and Day: 6:00 p.m. on Sundays during Lent. Sign Up Sheet at the Welcome Desk in the Church.  A sacred gathering where all generations come together to share in fellowship, grow in faith, and walk the path of discipleship. Rooted in the Lenten journey, we explore how our prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness shape our commitment to Christ. Around the table, we learn from one another, encourage each other, and seek to follow Jesus more fully in our daily lives. All are welcome as we journey together on The Disciple’s Path.

Quote for the Week

“Our decision every day must be to live a righteous life   not in our own strength, but by the enablement of the Holy Spirit in us.” ~Stormie Omartian

Weekly Prayer "Lord, As a child of God, I open my heart and mind to Your Holy Spirit. Lead me, guide me, and fill me with Your wisdom and understanding. May I be sensitive to Your voice and obedient to Your will. As I make my way through life, may I always seek to serve rather than be served.  In Jesus' name, Amen."
